Got a very important piece of mail today - my original lender sent a letter saying my mortgage had been paid off.  I am so glad I don't have to deal with them anymore (if anyone on my f-list has a lender out of Ocala, FL - they'll know whom I'm talking about).  I think things will be much easier with my new lender, despite all the fun I had dealing with them during the re-fi.  Now I just have to contact the county assessor's office to make sure they know I'll be paying the property taxes.

I feel like I should be celebrating.
