Fare sale to Europe

Just read a short article stating that a lot of airlines will be discounting fares to Europe this coming Monday, instead of Sept. after Labor Day. Just thought those who are looking for tickets to London for Pegasus 4 might be interested....

Well, I didn't see any difference when I checked kayak.com this morning - at least on the airlines I'm interested in flying. I feel a little like I'm playing 'chicken' and waiting to see fares go down (and decide if I can afford to upgrade).

Hopefully. And just to spend more money - I have decided to go to Burbank. I'll fly in Saturday and fly out Sunday - my comps (comprehensive exams - I have to defend my research proposal) are earlier that week, so I should be celebrating (if I'm not brain dead!).

Wheeee! Burbank! :D I'm still trying to decide if I should do an early morning flight on Sat (I don't do mornings well, lol) or come in on Friday evening. Oh, decisions!
